You would also want to make sure that the footprint of the stand was large enough that it would not have the danger of tipping if you happen to get too far out on the chin up bar.
There are also other pieces of exercise equipment that can be added into this one piece. For example, some of the more advanced at home exercise equipment is not only a chin up bar, it also has an area where you can do dips and another where you can work your abdominal muscles. With one simple piece of exercise equipment, you can get almost a full body workout. This can get you in an amazing amount of shape, without having to worry about any weights as you will be using your body weight for resistance.
Although you have a number of different options that are available for you whenever it comes to equipment to do chin-ups, the most important decision is to have something in your home which will allow you to do so. This is one exercise that should never be neglected and if you can do it regularly, you would be surprised with exactly how healthy and in shape you can become. Make it a regular part of your routine and always make it convenient for you to be able to do them.
